produced, the quantity to be
produced, and the time required to
produce each product.
Resource allocation: Resources
such as labor, machinery, and
materials need to be allocated to
ensure that the production
schedule is met.
Monitoring and control: Finally, the
production process needs to be
monitored and controlled to ensure
that the plan is being executed as
intended. This involves tracking
progress against the production
schedule, identifying and
addressing issues that arise, and
making adjustments to the plan as
necessary.

• Total machine hours from Blade plotter per day is 22*5*7=770hrs.
• Total machine hours from Laser plotter per day is 22*5*7=770hrs.
• We create cutting report once a week based on the total machine
hours and delivery date.
