This document outlines a production plan for a rock music magazine. It discusses choosing a model dressed in stereotypical rock attire for the front cover to indicate the genre. It lists several cover lines and sections for the regular and featured contents, including articles on new artists, reviews, interviews and more. Images for the contents page will feature artists interviewed in double page spreads, such as a planned interview discussing a band's inspiration, goals and recommendations.

2. Front cover image
• Someone who is dressed to match the genre of rock therefore they are
going to be dressed in dark colours however I don’t want their code of
attire to clash with the background or any of the text on the front page.
• I want the person to be dressed like a stereotypical person who listens to
rock as it will make the audience know what genre my magazine is and will
reinforce it throughout the magazine.
• The shot of my person will be a mid shot as then you will be able to see
what she is wearing. She will stare at the camera as from previous
research I found that the codes and conventions of a magazine was for the
artists to have direct address.

The images on my contents page are going to be of the artist that I
interviewed this will give the audience a glimpse of what is going to be on
my double page spread.

7. Double page spread article
My article on the double page spread is going to be about the interview from
the artist I interviewed.
The interview will include questions about inspiration from the rock genre
and what they want the band to achieve in the upcoming years. They tell
us what bands they are loving now and what bands to look for in the rock
industry in the future.
