- In today real time economy an effective phone based customer support can be differentiating factort between a company that succeed and one that doesn’t. Customer have clearly shown a preference for support over the phone, particulary in cases in which they are dealing with urgent matters. Companies also prefers to speak to their customers because it clearly improves their core KPIs like retention and conversion. In a world of live exchanges, people expect more than ever an immediate answer to their questions.
- The interesting thing is that from a little product we worked few months on, we could reach a ton of potential clients + some amazing people just happy to give us several advices. One piece of advice, is that once you think your product is credible enough to your potential customer, try to get featured on Product Hunt. It will give you an amazing visibility and then give you enough feedback to help you improve your product/UX. By the time only cherry picked editors were able to publish on PH, luckily we knew one of them! Ben Munson did an amazing job by publishing us and we still have some of our product hunt clients today.
