This document analyzes the process map of PIA's e-ticketing system compared to the previous conventional ticketing method. It outlines the steps in the previous and new e-ticketing methods. It also lists the cons of the conventional ticketing system such as finding authentic agents, risk of duplicate tickets, and cash dealings. Meanwhile, the pros of e-ticketing are listed as increased convenience, flexibility, and time savings for customers as well as benefits for PIA like increased sales and tracking of tickets.
