I have use Adobe Photoshop CC to do this booklet cover
FRONT COVER
1)Cut the Piano Out
2)Cut out the pic
3) Paste the previous piano inside the layer
4) Paste the background into the background page
5) Select Font
6) Select the word u want
7) Select the size that u want
8)This is the Final Look of front cover

2. BACK COVER
1) The background of the back cover
2) As you can see I have used Magnetic Lasso 24 Pixel to cut the pianist out
