- 3. Duration: From Oct,2014 to present Project Detail: Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (NASDAQ - ASNA), is a leading national specialty retailer of apparel for women and tween girls, operating, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the Dressbarn, Maurices, Justice, Lane Bryant and Catherines brands. The whole site has got redeveloped in ATG Ecommerce framework. • Roles & Responsibilities • Has been an inevitable member in the team for Maurices development and currently working for LaneBryant .and partially helping Justice in their performance track. • Have full hand-on experience in creating all the browse pages for the site including the endeca related ATG integrations • Have implemented ATG-Endeca search functionality. • Taken ownership to design and create a generalized AJAX framework to dynamically render mostly all the non-endeca pages in the application. • Have created Brand2Me Rest Services and Rest API Framework to expose these services by some different front-end tool viz. the POS services of the application and delivered it to QA with zero defects. • Have gained thorough understanding in segregating the codebase for core and brand level architecture through maven artifacts and further on horizontal model architecture and later orchestration concept related to it. • Have individually worked on many 3rd party integration modules like RMS, BorderFree, Scene7, XCC, Bazaarvoice, Responsys etc. • Related to Borderfree integration, single-handedly got involved in international pricing conversion across all the pages in application. • Support BCC issues if comes. • Have worked on various feeds and schedulers and as these 3rd party feeds plays a critical role when site goes live, so designed a detailed automated suite to monitor these feeds and schedulers running in our application through Splunk and password-less SSH services. • Currently working in the performance track of the application, so have gained understanding in web server to JVM interaction through load balancers, Akamai, app servers etc. • Have an understanding in Akamai and Coherence caching concept. • Under performance optimization, made many schedulers multithreaded in application through JAVA CONCURRENT feature by creating a proper framework related to it. • Have worked on pricing and promotions and have a deep understanding in atg and commerce pipelines. • Project : Tesco FnF Duration : From May, 2014 to Oct 2014 • Project Profile: Tesco FnF Test Automation project was to minimize manual testing efforts with selenium and ATG sanity and regression suites. On ATG side, the main aim was to test all the business components viz. delivery, shipping, order etc through REST web services. Phase-I automation sanity & regression scripts are utilized in testing Phase-II and Phase-III. The scheduled scripts execution on Jenkins automatically updates stakeholders with the application health.
