Experience Oleksandr Polischuk has started military service in 1980. From 1984 to 2010 served in
command and staff positions within the Armed Forces, General Staff and the Ministry of
Defense of Ukraine.
He served on the diplomatic service as a Deputy Military Representative of the Mission of
Ukraine to NATO from 2004 to 2007.
During 2010-2017 worked in senior civil service positions in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
and the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. In 2018-2019 was engaged in
expert and analytical work in NGO, as well as scientific work in the National Institute for
Strategic Studies.

Experience Alina Frolova was appointed as a Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine in October, 2019.

and defense sector agencies (National Security and Defense Council, National Guard, State
Border Guard Service, General Staff).
Since 2014, has been involved in issues of veterans' rehabilitation - the initiator and organizer
of the “Invictus Games” which are taking place in Ukraine.
Permanent speaker at conferences and courses at NATO, EU, EUAM, King's College,
Marshall Center, Venice Club, NATO Stratcom Center for Excellence.
