AT THE COMPUTER
1Log in to any library computer using the Guest login.
2 When the dialog box appears for PaperCut, enter your HGTC email and password.
3 When printing, select HGTC-Library for the printer.
AT THE PRINTER
4 Press the power button beside the small screen on the printer to “wake” the printer up (if needed).
5 Tap the keyboard icon on the top right of the screen and enter your H# beginning with the letter H.
6 Select the jobs you want to print and click print.
7 Log out of the computer you were on when you are done.
NOTE: If you go to the printer immediately after someone else has printed, you may need to log them off by tapping
their name and selecting log off.
300 SEMESTERLY PRINTING ALLOCATIONS
All students are allocated 300 free black & white prints per semester on library printers.
Double-sided printouts will count as only one printed page.
Your free library printing allocation does NOT apply to printings from the HGTC print shop.
Your 300 free printings reset automatically on January 1, May 1, and August 1 (unused funds do not rollover).
NO ADDITIONAL FUNDS CAN BE ADDED FOR MORE PRINTING BEYOND THE 300 SHEETS ALLOCATED PER SEMESTER.
CHECKING YOUR REMAINING PRINT BALANCE
1 Press the power button beside the small screen on the printer to “wake” the printer up (if needed).
2 Tap the keyboard icon on the top right of the screen and enter your H# beginning with the letter H.
3 Tap the “Select Account” icon.
4 On the following screen you will see your
name and the remaining account balance.
