The document discusses LED lighting technology and its advantages over traditional lighting sources. It provides details on HungaroLux Light's LED products, including their high efficacy of 90-140 lm/W, lifetime of 70,000 hours, and color rendering index of 80-85. The document also summarizes expected energy savings of 85-95% compared to filament bulbs and return on investment within 10-36 months depending on the traditional lighting source being replaced.
This power point presentation talks about key firms that are involved in LED phosphor industry and the strategy adopted by them. This presentaion is based on NanoMarkets' report "LED Phosphor Markets-2014"
LED Matrix Headlights, a new feature found in Audi A 8 and it have 3 dimensional dynamic and interactive facility. It boost our driving experience specially at night.
This new NanoMarkets report provides a thorough analysis of the latest opportunities in the LED phosphor markets. It builds on NanoMarkets’ successful 2012 phosphor report and shows how the phosphor market is shifting in response to latest developments in both display backlighting and general illumination markets.
In this years’ report, we are placing special attention on some of the newer phosphor chemistries such as nanophosphors, glass phosphors and QDs. And we also ask and answer the question as to how new phosphor materials can build market share in a market crowded in new materials.
We identify how performance improvements are likely to help grow addressable markets for phosphors, with an especial focus on general illumination, outdoor/street lighting and backlighting and how money will be made in the LED phosphor market.
The report also includes NanoMarkets’ assessments of the product/market strategies of leading firms active in the LED phosphors space. And, as always with our reports, this report contains granular eight-year forecasts of the LED phosphors shipments in volume and value terms, with breakouts by type of phosphor and type of application. This report is required reading, not just for strategy planners at phosphor firms, but for those throughout the solid-state lighting and display industries.

The Case for Open Source Enterprise Content ManagementCITYTECH, Inc.
More than 70% of organizations plan on increasing their ECM investments in the coming year, according to the Forrester "2009 Global Enterprise Content Management Online Survey." However, for those who implemented an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution, 41% said they were unsatisfied with the return on their investment. The cost benefit of any ECM initiative is directly related to the adoption rate of the system throughout an organization. The more it is used and leveraged, more efficiencies are gained and a higher rate of return is realized.
This presentation demonstrates how an Open Source Enterprise Content Management system can drive adoption of ECM in an enterprise much more effectively than its commercial counterparts purely based on its commitment to standards, ease of scalability and open source licensing model.
CBO choice between Index and Full Scan: the good, the bad and the ugly param...Franck Pachot
Usually, the conclusion comes at the end. But here I will clearly show my goal: I wish I will never see the optimizer_index_cost_adj parameters again. Especially when going to 12c where Adaptive Join can be completely fooled because of it. Choosing between index access and full table scan is a key point when optimizing a query, and historically the CBO came with several ways to influence that choice. But on some system, the workarounds have accumulated one on top of the other – biasing completely the CBO estimations. And we see nested loops on huge number of rows because of those false estimations.

The Information Society is a model based on industrial thinking and collector's mentality. The nature of new media, however, and the fact that media systems have their own behavior, means that we must evolve from the Information Society to a Transformation Society.
Transformation includes community actions across networked media systems, working to transform information into knowledge, and knowledge into understanding. Transformation means individual self actualization combined with community solidarity.
It is built on a "technoethical" model for society.

Smart lamps can regulate brightness and dimness, depending on daylight and ambient conditions, helping to save energy and help to save the environment together with LED light sources.
The lights communicate quickly and easily with the central control unit in the event of a fault, and they can be effectively controlled remotely.
Incidentally, they can perform a number of functions - we can connect weather stations, emergency buttons, various sensors or Wi-Fi signals to the public lighting pylons - thereby helping to increase comfort, awareness and, above all, safety in the streets of a smart city.
At the forefront of LED lighting technology, we are leaders in Out of Home illumination. At Bright Green Technology, we know exactly what our clients need and how to deliver it efficiently.
