This document summarizes an industrial LED lighting installation project for Papoutsanis S.A., the largest soap producer in Eastern Europe. The project involved replacing over 150 high-bay lighting fixtures with more efficient LED fixtures from SIRECLED S.A. This reduced energy consumption by over 70% and maintenance costs while improving lighting quality. The successful project supported Papoutsanis' strategic sustainability goals and demonstrated how LED lighting can provide major energy savings for industrial applications.

6.  Efficiency: LEDs used are the latest released by Philips, Cree, Citizen, LG and can
reach 185 Lumen/Watt with CRI≥80.
 Reliability: By maintaining a temperature <65°C on our heat sink, LEDs can assure a
lifetime of at least 50.000 hours (equals to 5.7 years at 24 h/day or 11.4
years at 12h/day). However the designated lifetime is the minimum guaranteed
lifetime by the manufacturer, while the expected lifetime can reach up to
100.000 hours.
Lumen performance is expected to be decreased from 10% to 20% after
50.000 working hours.
To mitigate LEDs’ performance decrease, our products are equipped with the
control system Smart LEDNet which automatically enables the
stabilization of the LED performance by increasing the current. This solution
can assure same lighting performance throughout the lifetime of our products. Energy saving: SIRECLED products can reach 60-70% in energy saving. Especially, when
Smart LEDNet is included products can exceed 80% in energy saving.

7. Smart lighting
system
Luminaires equipped with Smart LEDNet system allow the user to program and
remotely control luminaires, converting them into “Smart” devices.
 Maintenance: SIRECLED applies on its luminaires a warranty of 5 years.
 Quality: LED luminaires provide special quality in lighting efficiency, contributing to quality
improvement of the work ambient. No light flickering exists, which is typical in
fluorescent lamps.
High CRI (Colors Rendering Index) can be reached. Typically, for industrial
applications SIRECLED adopts LEDs with CRI>70 and white temperature of 5000
K.
 Temperature: SIRECLED’s products assure a very low operating temperature (20-25° C
more than the air ambient) therefore the lamp’s fire risk is minimized.
Moreover the low operating temperature reduces the dust’s catalyzation ability
therefore minimizing the maintenance need of the luminaire.
 Safety Our products due to the low operating temperature contribute to avoiding ignitions
caused by overheat.

Ritsona factory.
Papoutsanis S.A. is the largest soap producer in Eastern Europe & the largest
hotel amenities provider in Greece.
In 2001 Papoutsanis continuous growth brought the opening of its newest
state of the art 11.500m2 factory in Ritsona.
In 2014 Papoutsanis Strategical Investment plans towards Sustainable
Growth lead to a cooperation with Sirecled S.A. for the illumination of
Ritsonas factory 100% with Led lighting fixtures.
