The Literary Classics Award aims to “honor excellence in children's and young adult literature,
thereby encouraging a passion for reading while promoting education, imagination and character
in young readers.”
Earlier this month, K.B. Hoyle was first awarded the Literary Classics Seal of Approval with an
accompanying review that stated; “Author K.B. Hoyle's Breeder is a dystopian treasure. With
characters that are genuine and quite tangible, the story nearly leaps off the pages of this book
which expertly holds the reader's attention from the first page to the last. This book will appeal
to a broad audience and is highly recommended.”
This years award recipients were selected from entries received from around the globe. They
will be recognized during an awards presentation to be held on April 2, 2016 at the Los Angeles
Convention Center. A complete list, including links to Literary Classics' reviews of all award
winning books, may be found at clcawards.org.
