STM sliding systems allow to easily move a surface over a fixed kitchen top and
extract a table for a quick meal; these devices make the panel slide over the

company. In our 37 years long activity, we gained the reputation of a manufacturer

14. Euroclip Series
TM Euroclip series is countersigned by the fast plate-fixing mechanism. It comes
in the most common versions with 110° opening angle and with special opening
ones.
The hinge’s fixing system can be with normal screws, EURO screws, 5 or 10mm
dowels and with the «FAST» system, which allows the operation with just a
screwdriver, without any machinery or separate screws.

15. Serie Eurolock
The Eurolock hinge is the best-seller of our company. It has a slide-on plate-fixing
mechanism and represents the ideal solution for distributors and wholesalers who
want a standardized, well known product which can be used in any situation with
low costs and good quality.
The hinge’s fixing system can be with normal screws, EURO screws, 5 or 10mm
dowels and with the «FAST» system, which allows the operation with just a
screwdriver, without any machinery or separate screws.

16. Euro 4 Series
Euro4 series is different from the previous one because of the plate-fixing system,
which is called «key-hole» for this category. This is the only element that
countersigns it from the Eurolock series. The price/quality ratio stays unchanged,
and it also represents a cheap solution for big volumes where price is still a very
critical success factor.

17. EuroSoft Series
Last born in STM is the Eurosoft Series which introduces the TM branded soft-
closing hinge. The piston in the hinge’s arm slows down the speed of the door
closing allowing it to gently approach the furniture.
This line comes in the traditional 110° degrees version, both in 35 and 26mm
version.
The line is further enriched by with two kind of plates: normal and 3D adjustable.
This plate allows to be adjusted while already mounted by regulating the specific
screw in its bottom part.

18. Euro Mini Series
An STM idea which then developed into a standard all over the world.
Before this hinge came to be in the early nineties there weren’t 26mm hinges
which looked exactly like the 35mm ones.
The innovation comes from the possibility to have a 26mm hinge that performs
exactly like the bigger one for what concerns look and quality.
Being able to put the spring into the hinge’s arm, along with the minimum depth of
the box (10mm), the possibility of choosing between 95° And 110° version, the
independent regulation and the slide-on plate-fixing system are the innovations all
the other companies introduced as followers of this model which represented a
turning point in the 26mm market segment.

21. Drawer Slides
Thank to its consilidated relationship with suppliers, STM imports and sells any kind
of slide (roller, ball bearing total and partial extraction) both in their standard version
or in customized solutions based on customer’s requirement.
If our customer provide us with the drawing of the furniture’s hole (for wooden
furniture) or hook (for metal one) pattern, we can develop a specific slide that
matches the furniture it already produces; this way, our customers save in
development costs and don’t have to adapt their furniture production
process to the new item.
In this case, STM also works as an outsourced technical staff, cooperating with the
client since the product development stage.

We’ve been supplying our customers with any kind of locks for
years; for pedestals, wooden doors, box and lockers, rotating
bar and expanding locks
As the result of an accurate design work of our technical staff,
we now provide the new keys with a new shape and our STM
Italy logo.

26. Metal drawers
STM patented metal drawer, in its 4 or 3 sides versions, represents a cheap
and practical solution for the pedestal internal structure.
Our main advantage is to provide the customer with relevant savings due to its
affordable prices and the capability of optimizing transportation and storage.
The drawer is delivered flat and can be easily assembled by our customers with
his bare hands without any tool.

Tiretto stationery drawer is very cheap and can be fixed directly under the desk in
an easy and fast way.
The product’s main advantages are the small sized packaging and a very low

This is an example of how sometimes a product that we develop for a customer

The customer (small manufacturer, artisan or
just a DIY fan) enters the store and finds
everything he/she needs in order to build the
pedestal in just one very compact box.
Then they can ask the shop for the wooden
panels and follow the instructions we provide.

35. The new release from STM srl is
the metal pedestal which can be
sold in an assembling kit packaging
or in its assembled version.
It comes in two different models:
- three normal drawers
- One normal drawer and a filing
frame.

are able to develop this
scheme in order to show the
advantages of our product for
transportation and storage
costs.
If we use a 1200X800 cm
pallet, we can store up to 32
kit instead of 8 assembled
pedestals.
This proves the difference the
customer can gain in these
cost categories which are so
important in international
trade.

39. Following the previous slide, we
are now considering a
1200X1000 cm pallet.
Here we can store up to 40 kit
compared to 14 assembled
pedestals.
This introduces another topic:
custom charges.
Importing the assembling kit
allows the customer to save a
lot in import taxes since the
finished product is much more
expensive to import than a box
containing components.
Since it is so easy to assemble,
the saving is provided wihtout
affecting the capability of the
customer to biuld up the product
quickly and autonomously.

40. For long distance transport of a high quantity of pedestals, these are the
standards using the 1200X800 pallet: 11 pallets, each containing 8 assembled
pedestals, with a total of 88 pedestal per container.

41. The same pallet size, if filled with kit pedestals, can contain up to 32 boxes, therefore
allowing to store 352 pedestal kit boxes in the whole container

42. With the 1200X1000 pallet, the numbers increase.
140 Assembed pedestals can be stored in a 20 feet container.

43. The maximum transportation-cost efficiency can be reached with this 1200X1000
pallet, in which 400 pedestal kit boxes can be stored
