HARDWARE BENEFITS Locks:-Locks are used to lock the shutter & this will be in Manual Mode with Single Point / Multi Point Lock & Mortise Lock. Mullion Cleats:-For better angular joints of the mullions without any impact of the screws directly on the walls of the shutters. Which provides high strength with respect to angular joints. Spring Loaded Corner Cleats:- For better angular joints of the Frame without any impact of the screws directly on the walls of the frame, which provides high strength with respect to angular joints. Butt Hinges :- Frame wing connectors are used to join the corners of outer frame (Tracks) which ensure the proper alignment of vertical or horizontal sections at the joint of frames.
HARDWARE BENEFITS Meeting Cap (D40):- Meeting caps are used to cover the flying mullion from the top and bottom sides once installed. Friction Hinges:- Friction hinges are used in openable windows where the windows can stand at a single position when it is open. It stands at one desired position with the help of the provided hinge where there won't be any movement of windows even with the high external wind pressures. It helps in cleaning the windows on both sides and is safer than compared with Butt Hinge. Friction hinges come in different sizes from 10inch to 22inches of (18X2.5mm) & (22X2.5mm). It can be used at side opening/top hung opening. It mainly restricts the window opening as desired by the operator. Single Tongue Handle:- Single tongue handle will consider as multi-point lock These locks can be provided where the shutter height is up to 4 feet as the transmission rod comes up to 1200mm only. EPDM :- EPDM is a Durable Synthetic Rubber which reduces metal to metal Impact (Friction Losses) which in turn can say as reduces wear and tear between two metal bodies. Generally these EPDM’s are used in Interlock Portion, Glass Packing, & Frame and Shutters.
HARDWARE BENEFITS Double Tongue Handle:- Double tongue handle referred to as multi point lock. These locks can be provided where the shutter height is up to 8 feet, here we will be using the Locking rod with the combination of Polyamide Strip which constitutes the multi point locking. Weather Sealant:- Prevent any seepage of water along any hair-line joints of the shutters and frames. Weather Sealant can provide thermal and acoustical insulation where we can save energy on heating & air conditioning. Also used to block the passage of fluids through the surface or joints or openings in materials. Transmission Bar:-Transmission bars are used for multi point locking system. It helps in locking the latch at 2 different points with the help of transition rods. Rawl Plug :-Beneficial for better gripping of Wood Screws with the help of silicon to fix the frame.
ADVANTAGES Of 40MM SERIES • Light Weight Sections of ranging from 1.0 to 1.6mm Thk. • Single Point as well as Multi Point Locks can be provided with single / double tongue handle. Multi Point comes with 2 Point Locking. • Transmission rod comes with sizes from 600mm to 1200mm in order to decide on locking point. • Hardware's compatible with PROWIN section which increases the efficiency of the windows. • Mortise locks with one side knob and the other side with key lock can be provided to doors. • Double openable with flying mullion provides 100% opening without any obstruction.
ADVANTAGES Of 40MMSERIES • Maximum height in windows can go upto 1500mm Maximum height in doors can go upto 2400mm. • Assembly of Butt hinges with Friction stay for outside openable windows developed. • Friction hinges with dual qty can withstand a weight load of upto 45 kgs per shutter. If this exceeds we have Heavy Duty Hinges which can go upto 60 Kgs. • Friction hinged windows are very easier for cleaning from both sides & restricts the window opening as desired by the operator
LIMITATIONSOF 35 MM SERIES • Maximum shutter size in windows can go up to 600X1500 mm. • Maximum shutter size in Doors can go up to 1000X2400 mm. • Maximum glass thickness would be 24mm Thk Either Single / Double Glazed. • Butt Hinges without a stay will be a case of accidents due to the overflow swing movement of shutters in which the hinges may tend to collapse. • Limited to provide the Flymesh shutters with a combination of inside opening windows. • Inside opening of windows and doors lack on providing with add on profile as the clip tends on outer and we need to have a Z-Shutter section to overcome this.

HARDWARE BENEFITS Concealed Locks:- Concealed Locks are used to lock the shutter & this will be in Manual / Automatic Mode with Single Point / Multi-Point Lock. Adjustable Bearings:- Bearings are specially designed to have a proper free movement sliding fit into the shutter cavities, along with an end-pointed grub screw to restrict their movement once set into the initial position. Spring Loaded Corner Cleats:- For better angular joints of the Frame without any impact of the screws directly on the walls of the frame, which provides high strength with respect to angular joints. Frame Wing Connectors :- Frame wing connectors are used to join the corners of outer frame (Tracks) which ensure the proper alignment of vertical or horizontal sections at the joint of frames.

Anti Lift Interlock:- Anti lifts are designed to prevent lifting of the shutter once installed, Either from inside or from outside. Wool Pile:- It prevents leakage of water and dust and maintains internal temperature. Its silicon bristles are water-resistant and ensure longer life. EPDM :- EPDM is a Durable Synthetic Rubber which reduces metal to metal Impact (Friction Losses) which in turn can say as reduces wear and tear between two metal bodies. System available in 2 Track, 3 Track & 4 Track. Provides better sound/heat insulation. • Handle locks cannot be provided. • High performance hardware's with better efficiency. • Maximum height can go Upto 2200mm
LIMITATIONSOF 27MM SERIES • Maximum shutter size can go up to 1200X2200 mm. • Maximum glass thickness would be 18mm Thk With Double Glazed. • 27mm regular series windows can be installed where it can suffice a maximum of 1.5 KPA wind pressure. • Concealed single-point lock, there is no height restriction but for concealed multi-point lock we need to provide at least 300 mm space from top & bottom and also depends on the height of the window. Upon these we can decide on 3 point / 4 point locking. • Handle locks are not recommended for this series.
27MM COMBINATIONSERIES • Woodminium Combination Series are the Special series developed considering new regulations of BMC where balconies are not provided. • It provides maximum window opening with the safety structure of bottom fix. • This design reduces the prices incurred for railings in the balcony.

Upon these, we can decide on 3-point / 4-point locking. • By providing handle locks there might be a complaint on the intersection of the handle with another shutter sash. • If there is a requirement of Fly mesh then both sides KPA cannot be provided as it intersects with net shutter.

    HARDWARE BENEFITS Locks:-Locks areused to lock the shutter & this will be in Manual Mode with Single Point / Multi Point Lock & Mortise Lock. Mullion Cleats:-For better angular joints of the mullions without any impact of the screws directly on the walls of the shutters. Which provides high strength with respect to angular joints. Spring Loaded Corner Cleats:- For better angular joints of the Frame without any impact of the screws directly on the walls of the frame, which provides high strength with respect to angular joints. Butt Hinges :- Frame wing connectors are used to join the corners of outer frame (Tracks) which ensure the proper alignment of vertical or horizontal sections at the joint of frames.

    HARDWARE BENEFITS Meeting Cap(D40):- Meeting caps are used to cover the flying mullion from the top and bottom sides once installed. Friction Hinges:- Friction hinges are used in openable windows where the windows can stand at a single position when it is open. It stands at one desired position with the help of the provided hinge where there won't be any movement of windows even with the high external wind pressures. It helps in cleaning the windows on both sides and is safer than compared with Butt Hinge. Friction hinges come in different sizes from 10inch to 22inches of (18X2.5mm) & (22X2.5mm). It can be used at side opening/top hung opening. It mainly restricts the window opening as desired by the operator. Single Tongue Handle:- Single tongue handle will consider as multi-point lock These locks can be provided where the shutter height is up to 4 feet as the transmission rod comes up to 1200mm only. EPDM :- EPDM is a Durable Synthetic Rubber which reduces metal to metal Impact (Friction Losses) which in turn can say as reduces wear and tear between two metal bodies. Generally these EPDM’s are used in Interlock Portion, Glass Packing, & Frame and Shutters.

    HARDWARE BENEFITS Double TongueHandle:- Double tongue handle referred to as multi point lock. These locks can be provided where the shutter height is up to 8 feet, here we will be using the Locking rod with the combination of Polyamide Strip which constitutes the multi point locking. Weather Sealant:- Prevent any seepage of water along any hair-line joints of the shutters and frames. Weather Sealant can provide thermal and acoustical insulation where we can save energy on heating & air conditioning. Also used to block the passage of fluids through the surface or joints or openings in materials. Transmission Bar:-Transmission bars are used for multi point locking system. It helps in locking the latch at 2 different points with the help of transition rods. Rawl Plug :-Beneficial for better gripping of Wood Screws with the help of silicon to fix the frame.

Multi Point comes with 2 Point Locking. • Transmission rod comes with sizes from 600mm to 1200mm in order to decide on locking point. • Hardware's compatible with PROWIN section which increases the efficiency of the windows. • Mortise locks with one side knob and the other side with key lock can be provided to doors. • Double openable with flying mullion provides 100% opening without any obstruction.

    ADVANTAGES Of 40MMSERIES •Maximum height in windows can go upto 1500mm Maximum height in doors can go upto 2400mm. • Assembly of Butt hinges with Friction stay for outside openable windows developed. • Friction hinges with dual qty can withstand a weight load of upto 45 kgs per shutter. If this exceeds we have Heavy Duty Hinges which can go upto 60 Kgs. • Friction hinged windows are very easier for cleaning from both sides & restricts the window opening as desired by the operator

    LIMITATIONSOF 35 MMSERIES • Maximum shutter size in windows can go up to 600X1500 mm. • Maximum shutter size in Doors can go up to 1000X2400 mm. • Maximum glass thickness would be 24mm Thk Either Single / Double Glazed. • Butt Hinges without a stay will be a case of accidents due to the overflow swing movement of shutters in which the hinges may tend to collapse. • Limited to provide the Flymesh shutters with a combination of inside opening windows. • Inside opening of windows and doors lack on providing with add on profile as the clip tends on outer and we need to have a Z-Shutter section to overcome this.

    LIMITATIONSOF 27MM SERIES •Maximum shutter size can go up to 1200X2200 mm. • Maximum glass thickness would be 18mm Thk With Double Glazed. • 27mm regular series windows can be installed where it can suffice a maximum of 1.5 KPA wind pressure. • Concealed single-point lock, there is no height restriction but for concealed multi-point lock we need to provide at least 300 mm space from top & bottom and also depends on the height of the window. Upon these we can decide on 3 point / 4 point locking. • Handle locks are not recommended for this series.
