Niloy-Usmaan Motor Industries Limited inaugurated Bangladesh's first human hauler factory in North Bengal in March 2015. The factory replaces banned three-wheeled vehicles and produces the proven "TATA SAATHI" human hauler on a TATA ACE HH2 chassis. The chassis comes from NITA Company Ltd. in Jessore and the body is made through standard metal cutting, bending, welding and painting processes. Production has increased from 8 vehicles in August 2015 to 120 vehicles in February 2016 with workforce numbers growing from 48 to 76 over the same period. The factory utilizes various metalworking machinery like hydraulic presses, cutting machines, welding equipment and more.

Human Hauler Factory in North Bengal was
inaugurated by Mr. Amir Hossain Amu, M.P,
Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Industries, Govt. of
the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh on 8th
March,2015 with presence of Mr. Abdul Matlub
Ahmad, Hon’ble Chairman,Nitol-Niloy Group, and
President, FBCCI.

3. BRIEF HISTORY
After getting banned by Hon’ble High Court of
Bangladesh, all 3 wheeler motor vehicles and locally
made unsafe vehicles such as Nosiman, Koriman,
Alamsadhu, Votvoti etc,Niloy-Usmaan Motor Industries
Ltd. has taken an initiative to replace all these types of
vehicles by its sate of the art technology made proven
vehicle “TATA SAATHI” on TATA ACE HH2 chassis.

4. HOW IT WORKS
The Chassis of the Human Hauler Body has come
from NITA Company Ltd. Jessore plant and after then
the body has been made in this premises. The body is
made in standard manufacturing processes like sheet
metal cutting, shearing, bending, welding and final
painting.
After completion of final paint, the body will be
dropped on the chassis into the CAB/Body drop area
and then it will be sent into the decoration and final
section area. After completion of all decoration
related works it will be forwarded into shower test
area. The vehicle will be delivered after completing
shower test, PDI and road test.
