COMPANY WITH SUFICIENT GRABS, PAYLOADER AND OTHER EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE
SMOOTH OPERATION OF THE CARGO. A DAILY DISCHARGE REPORT (DDR) TO PROVIDEDTO
IMPORTER TILL FINAL COMPLETION
UPON ARRIVAL OF MOTHER VESSEL AT CTG O/A AND MASTER SHALL TENDER N.O.R,
ATLAS OFFSHORE PERSONNEL WILL BOARD MOTHER VESSEL ALONG WITH CUSTOM &
SURVEYOR TO ATTEND REQUIRED FORMALITIES.
OUR OPERATION PERSONNEL WILL STAY AT MOTHER VESSEL DURING THE WHOLE
OPERATION AND THEY ARE EQUIPPED WITH ALL KINDS OF COMMUNICATION
EQUIPMENT TO KEEP 24 HOURS INFORMED TO ALL CONCERN.
PRIOR ARRIVAL OF MOTHER VESSEL ATLAS SHALL OBSERVE ALL FORMALITIES WITH
RELATRD CONCERNS OF CUSTOM AND PORT AUTHORITY IN RESPECT TO IMPORT
DOCUMENTATION. AFTER RECEIVING CD/VAT,PORT DUES ETC. FROM IMPORTER ON
PROVISIONAL ASSESSMENT ATLAS WILL ARRANGE CLEAN OUTPASS OF CUSTOMS/PORT
CLEARING DOCUMENTS.

• AFTER RECEIVING SAILING PERMISSION LIGHTER VESSEL SAIL IMMEDIATELY
(AS PER TIDE) FOR DESTINATION. LIGHTER VESSELS ARE SCHEDULE TO REACH
ITS DESTINATION WITHIN STIPULATED TIME SUBJECT ALL GOES WELL.
ATLAS OFFICE OPERATION DEPT. AT CHITTAGONG CAPTER SHALL PROVIDE
REPORTING OF DAILY OPERATION PROGRESS AND SHALL COLLECT ALL
INFORMATION TO FEED LIGHTER VESSEL LOADING, MOVEMENT AND
DISCHARGE INFORMATION TO IMPORTER, MOTHER VESSEL
OWNER/CHATTERER ALL OTHER CONCERNS BY FIRST HALF OF THE DAY.
• AFTER LOADING, LIGHTER VESSELS SHALL REPORT TO PATENGA PILOT
STATION I.E GHAT NO 15 TO ATTEND LOAD DRAFT SURVEY & SEAL AND SAILING
PERMISSION FROM AUTHORIZE CONCERN AS PER HIGH TIDE TIME PERMIT.

ATLAS OPERATIONAL PERSONNEL AT DHK WILL ATTEND LIGHTER VESSELS
CALLING AT RESPECTIVE RECEIVING POINT.
LOGISTIC OPERATION AT DHAKA CHAPTER
OUR TEAM WILL COLLECT ALL THE DOCUMENTS FROM LIGHTER VESSELS AND
MAITAIN SERIAL FOR DISCHARGE AT RECEIVING POINT. ALSO, THEY WILL
SUBMIT ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO THE RECEIVING POINT AUTHORITY IN TIME.
OUR TEAM WILL CO-ORDINATE FOR LOAD & LIGHT DRAFT OF THE LIGHTER
VESSEL WITH THE SURVEYOR, RECEIVING POINT AUTHORITY AND OTHER
CONCERNS.
OUR TEAM WILL IMMEDIATELY INFORM PLANT AUTHORITY, ATLAS DHK & CTG
OFFICE OF ALL LIGHTER VESSEL ARRIVAL AND DISCHARGE POSITION AT
RECEIVING POINT.
ATLAS DHK OFFICE WILL REPORT OF ARRIVAL AND DISCHARGE POSITION OF
ALL LIGHTER VESSELS TO THE RECEIVER (IMPORTER) DAILY BASIS.
OUR TEAM WILL STAY AT PLANT AND CO-ORDINATE 24 HOURS FOR THE
SMOOTH DISCHARGE OF LIGHTER VESSELS.
