“Industrial Dispute means any dispute or difference between employers
and empolyers or employers and workers or between workers and warkers
which is connected with the employment or non employment; or the terms
of empolyment or the condition of work of any person.”

What are the causes of industrial Dispute:
Favoritism in Employment
Misbehave of management
Working Environment and condition
Promotion policy
Create conflict between worker and union leaders
Communicate in writing to other party
Rising to ID
Arrange meeting within 15 days
If no meeting is arranged within the
time or no settlement within one
month form first meeting any of the
parties may within 15 days report and
request him in writing to conciliator.

hardship to the community or is prejudicial to the natural interest
In PUSE the govt. may prohibited a strike or lock-out at the time
either before or after the commencement of a strike or lock-out
Govt. shall refer the dispute to
the labor court for adjudication
Labor court shall make its award expeditiously possible
within exceeding 60 days from the date of reference labor
court may make an interim award an any matter of dispute
In an establishment is newly built owned by foreigners
or built with foreign aid, strike or lock-out shall be prohibited
for a period of 3 years from the date production
