3 years   The story of Gvahim began in 2006 when a
          group of business people, all volunteers and

          the Rashi Foundation decided to create a
          program to support…

          …the growing number of talented professionals
          who make Aliyah from foreign countries, first
          from French speaking countries then from
          many others countries (US, UK, Switzerland,
          Russia, Turkey…).

          The Gvahim project’s mission is to ensure that
          graduate olim from non Israeli Universities find
          positions fitting their qualifications and can fully
          express their talents in the Israeli marketplace.

  • 2. 3 years The story of Gvahim began in 2006 when a group of business people, all volunteers and ago… the Rashi Foundation decided to create a program to support… …the growing number of talented professionals who make Aliyah from foreign countries, first from French speaking countries then from many others countries (US, UK, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey…). The Gvahim project’s mission is to ensure that graduate olim from non Israeli Universities find positions fitting their qualifications and can fully express their talents in the Israeli marketplace. 2

Eli Ayalon, Chairman & CEO of DSPG, Sami Friedrich, President of Shaldor and Yair Shamir, Chairman of professional the Israeli Aircraft Industry. And by more than 50 business people are actively goals in volunteering to support the professional integration of these new immigrants Israel Gvahim offers its participants different types of services designed to promote their professional success in Israel: 1) individual support, 2) professional workshops and 3) networking through the project’s networking groups. 3
