- 1. Full-Track…How can we save contractors up
to 20% of their concrete finishing time???
Flatter Finishes in Less Time….
Why the name, “Full-Track” for a concrete finishing machine? It
means that when you are using a 48” machine, you are always finishing
the full width of 48”…or the full track. This is unique in the world of
concrete trowels because as competitors’ blades wear the ends can flex
upward reducing the effective smoothing width.
Unique Blades & Support System
Stabilizer Ring
Full-Track blades are made from special spring steel which keeps the
blades flat longer. And the spider arms support the blades almost their
full length, distributing the weight of the machine over the full length of
the blades….again, finishing the full track!
Strength & Quality reduce Maintenance
The spider and spider arms are made from a very hard steel which is
wear resistant. The arms are almost impos-
sible to bend and if greased routinely, there

remain flat. This reduces the maintenance
time and improves the flatness of the
finished product.
Flatter – Faster The Need for Speed
Full-Track’s patented spider arm control utilizes the full weight of the
machine to quickly cut out high spots and move the concrete to the low
spots creating a flatter surface. The stabilizer ring is mounted to the top
of each arm so that when any blade encounters an irregularity in the

inventory on this system, simply fasten them to our adapters (pictured

blades are not designed to withstand the higher rpms that a Full-Track machine
can produce).
