Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: BYV) is exploring for gold and silver in the Rainy River district of northwestern Ontario.
Bayfield owns 100% of the mineral rights to its flagship "Burns" Block gold-silver project located in the Richardson Township, Rainy River District of northwestern Ontario. The Burns Block is located adjacent to the east of New Gold's (TSX: NGD) multi-million ounce Rainy River gold-silver deposit and adjacent to the west of New Gold's expanding Intrepid gold-silver zone.
Drilling to date on the Western Zone of the Burns Block demonstrates that the main ODM17 gold-silver deposit extends from New Gold's ground adjacent to the west onto Bayfield's Burns Block. Notable drill results from Bayfield's ongoing 100,000 metre drill program include 60.05 grams per tonne gold and 362.96 grams per tonne silver over 11.2 metres in hole RR11-71, as well as 35.93 grams per tonne gold and 359.65 grams per tonne silver over 10.0 metres in hole RR10-18 located approximately 350 metres to the south with numerous high grade holes drilled in between.
The Company is currently focused on drilling the high grade gold-silver East Burns - Intrepid Zone discovered on the eastern side of the Burns Block. Bayfield continues to drill test the up and down-plunge extension of this expanding mineralized zone which is projected to be the down-dip portion of New Gold's newly discovered Intrepid Zone. Notable early results from the zone include 6.60 grams per tonne gold and 34.20 grams per tonne silver over 25.50 metres including 11.06 grams per tonne gold and 57.05 grams per tonne silver over 15.00 metres in wedge hole RR12-34W1, 5.45 grams per tonne gold and 20.63 grams per tonne silver over 19.60 metres in hole RR12-30, and 12.19 grams per tonne gold and 30.05 grams per tonne silver over 11.90 metres in hole RR 13-07.

Cloud & OSGi - The Dawn of Composite Clouds (Now with demo videos)mfrancis
Presentation by Richard Nicholson (Paremus) from OSGi DevCon / EclipseCon 2011.
Now with demo videos.
Despite the element of novelty and fashion, there is little doubt that Cloud Computing will have a fundamental and long lasting influence on the technology landscape. Yet virtual machine based Cloud Compute offerings, which attempt to maximise resource utilisation and minimise operational management of those resources, have nothing to say about the dominant contributor to an organisations IT OPEX. Application maintainability accounts for approximately 70% of an applications TCO. To increase application maintainability, one must modularise and preferably modularise using an industry standard. Hence, for organisations with large in-house development teams, it is predicted that OSGi will have equivalent or greater impact than Cloud Computing! This presentation will look at the intersect of Cloud Computing and OSGi based Composite Applications. Areas explored will include the importance of dynamic dependency management, the anatomy of cloud enabled composite applications and the role of the PaaS in an OSGi enabled Cloud. Relevant OSGi standards will be reviewed along with how these may be used to address the configuration and management of distributed Cloud hosted composite applications. The presentation will conclude by demonstrating a distributed Cloud / OSGi runtime that demonstrates the concepts discussed

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.
2. Forward Looking Statements
Some of the statements contained in this presentation are forward-looking statements. Forward-looking
statements are not historical facts and are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties beyond the
Company's control, including, but not exclusively, statements regarding potential mineralization,
exploration results, completion of work program and studies, and future plans and objectives of the
Company. Resource exploration, development and operations are highly speculative, characterized by
a number of significant risks, which even a combination of careful evaluation, experience and
knowledge may not eliminate, including, among other things, unprofitable efforts resulting not only from
the failure to discover mineral resources but from finding mineral deposits which, though present, are
insufficient in quantity and quality to return a profit from production.

8. What is the Guerrero Gold Belt?
• The Guerrero Gold Belt (GGB) is becoming a world class district for
gold mineral exploration with over 21 million ounces discovered in
the last two decades within a 40 km trend.
• Geological characteristics of an emerging mining district
– BIG: Not one off deposits but multiple deposits that are unified by
common geological characteristics
– SYSTEMATIC: Processes that formed the deposits are part of the
same geological system
• If Big and Systematic, then you have a reasonable predictability and
higher probability of discovery
