Agile Values, French Values and Your CompanyPeter Stevens
An exploration of French Values, Agile Values and Scrum Principles to understand better how to apply Agile Values and Scrum Principles to transform your organization
Imagine there was no such thing as Scrum, and it was your job to invent it. What would your development framework look like? You know that product development is a complex task, so regular feedback is essential. What if software developers had to finish their work within 30 days? How would that impact the development process and why would it be better? What would be the disadvantages and challenges of working that way?
In this interactive Workshop you will learn how Scrum works by reinventing it from first principles. You will answer a few simple questions about roles, activities, and what it means to be done, so that you can understand why Scrum works the way it does and why Scrum Teams can be so effective. You will also appreciate the challenges of introducing Scrum into an organization.
This workshop is suitable for Developers, Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, Customers and anybody else involved or interested in Software Development projects. There are no prerequisites, except wanting an introduction to Scrum and wanting to really understand Scrum by the end of the workshop!
This talk was given at Joomla World Conference, 2012 in San Jose, CA. Most image galleries are not indexible. This system is the best one I have been able to patch together for my right-brained artist and freelance clients, to offer them a search-friendly, update-friendly image gallery.
What if Scrum had no rules? How would we define it? What if there were no Scrum? How would we create
it? Scrum is based on successful patterns for product development. During this workshop, we will
reflect and share the experiences from our own best projects, and look for patterns in those projects.
Easyboard is a powerful yet simple Alternative and Augmentative Communication tool, providing interactive production, printing and execution of AAC boards.

Editor's Notes
Nytt bilde
