La Web 2.0 es una nueva manera de entender Internet que promuove la participación y los aspectos sociales de la red, creando sitios de facil acceso y ágiles para encontrar información. Permite a los usuarios controlar su información y reelaborar páginas. Posee tecnolgías que permiten mayor interacción con el servidor en donde el usuario es un rey.
La Web 1.0 en 1996 tienia 250 mil sitios , 45 millones de usuarios de las cuales 1/16 sube informacion mientras la web 2.o en el 2006 ya tienia 80 millones sitios , 1 billon de usuarios y 1/4 sube informacion.
Este avance tecnológico que se produce en Internet comenzó a ser aplicado en la educacion transformando y creando una nueva concepción de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje que permite que la informacion sea accesible y facilita el trabajo en equipo.
En el modelo tradicional de enseñanza el profesor da informacion ,los alumnos la internalizan y el aprendizaje es individual mientras que en esta nueva forma de enseñanza llamada modelo emergente el profesor quiere que busques informacion en internet para luego sintetizala, procesarla y elaborarla permitiendo redes de intercambio yconocimiento entre alumnos en el cual el aprendisaje es individual y colectivo.
También se puede comparar *e-learning tradicional que es estático, formal, y cerrado con el e-learning2.0 modelo emergente que es dinámico, informal, y abierto que permiten mayor adaptabilidad , el alumno se convierte en el centro del aprendizaje y puede acceder a las herrramientas de Internet a un bajo costo.
En la Web 2.o se encuentran las herramientas colaborativas ( softward sociales) son herramientas de la comunicación que conecta a una serie de personas entre si para facilitar la interacción entre ellas: comunicarse, coordinar las tareas, trabajar en conjunto ,compartir los contenidos y recursos. Estas puede ser: correo electrónico, Usenet, IRC, Mensajes instantáneos, Blog ,wikis y todas las comunidades virtuales.
Las herramientas colaboratibas tambien tienen una aplicación en la educación , las más importantes son:
A- Blogs: Es un sitio Web formado por artículos de uno o varios autores. Un edublog es un sistema formado por los blogs de los estudiantes y el profesor .
B- Wikis: Es una Web ,con un historial, en la que todos pueden crear, modificar y enlazar paginas Web. Permite la reflexión de distintos temas son anónimas.
C- Calendarios: facilitan aspectos del proceso aprendizaje- enseñanza, por ejemplo los tiempos de las tareas.
D- Tutorías virtuales: espacio de comunicación entre el profesor y estudiante, individualmente o en grupo.
E- Podcast/netscast: es crear archivos de sonido y bajarlo a un programa para que la persona lo escuche en un reproductor portatil. En educación se los puede utilizar cuando el profesor quiere dar alguna iformación sobre un tema, cuando algun alumno no puede ir a clase, para aprender idiomas etc.
F-Mapas: como los mapas digitales.
G-Videos
*E- learning es un nuevo concepto de educación a distancia en el que se integra el uso de las tecnologías de la información y otros elementos didácticos para la capacitación y enseñanza. El e-learning utiliza herramientas y medios diversos como Internet, intranets, CD-ROM, presentaciones multimedia, etc.

that is rapidly distributed in the body and brain. Ethanol alters many
neurochemical systems and has rewarding and addictive properties. It
is the oldest recreational drug and likely contributes to more morbidity,
mortality, and public health costs than all illicit drugs combined. The
5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
(DSM-5) integrates alcohol abuse and alcohol dependence into a single
disorder called alcohol use disorder (AUD), with mild, moderate,
and severe subclassifications (American Psychiatric Association, 2013).
In the DSM-5, all types of substance abuse and dependence have been
combined into a single substance use disorder (SUD) on a continuum
from mild to severe. A diagnosis of AUD requires that at least two of
the 11 DSM-5 behaviors be present within a 12-month period (mild
AUD: 2–3 criteria; moderate AUD: 4–5 criteria; severe AUD: 6–11 criteria).
The four main behavioral effects of AUD are impaired control over
drinking, negative social consequences, risky use, and altered physiological
effects (tolerance, withdrawal). This chapter presents an overview
of the prevalence and harmful consequences of AUD in the U.S.,
the systemic nature of the disease, neurocircuitry and stages of AUD,
comorbidities, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, genetic risk factors, and
pharmacotherapies for AUD.
