Brainstorm We have had some ideas, we proceed to listsome of them: Printing and graphic design company Computers sales and mounting and computer devices sales and repairing services company  Help desk and collective/particular classes company
Idea After thinking and deciding what we could and wanted to do, we've decided to plan a computer services and products enterprise which can offer various products and services from services of our first brainstorm and future ideas. We consider that in the computers field there are  too many companies offering  various products and services for everyone instead of offering it only for concrete customer profiles such as enterprise profiles. We like the computers field and we like to help people with their doubts and needs on that field. We've decide to name our company Classcomp, because as it's a mixed name that contains 'Class' and 'Computers', it has the 'class' word with the intention to make the people think we like to solve customers doubts  and let them know what they are buying.
What ? We're going to offer various products and services. To start with, our sales and services are: Computer devices sales (CPU's, motherboards,       power supplies, RAM memories, keyboards,       printers, other peripherials...)  Computer mounting, maintenance, and repairing      services. Help desk (troubles with operative systems, troubles with internet connection/LAN settings, troubles with computer devices...) Computers knowledge classes. Concretely, we offer classes to people for having knowledge in basic/medium level of operative system use, basic level of computing concepts, and basic/medium level of programming, within software management classes such as Blender, Adobe Flash, Cubase... Local area network installations and configuration Others (web design, applications development, databases design...)
How? We want to show to the public an open and empathiccorporationimage, with a dynamicview. In other words:we want to update our products and services continuously, accepting  suggestions from our customers and counting on their suggestions for improving our products and services to keep them satisfied, trying as much as possible to assist them with cordiality and kindness to make our customers feel satisfied as they are to get what they needed and even more
BUDGET We've calculated we need around 200.000€ to cover our initial budget needs. The materials needed and its estimated cost are listed right below: We need a government, ICO credit line and banks loans to obtain the needed money for covering classcomp initial budget needs. We're considering to sell a part of classcomp actions to possible investors too.
How? We have also some issues we are looking of take care: Non sexist/discriminative attitude/behavior: we think anyone can be in our company team as long as they are productive and like the computers field. Therefore, we aren't going to do  any discrimination in our workers profile selection based on sexism, racism, ideas... Accessibility: we want to avoid to the extent possible discriminating handicapped people by issues such as our installations. So, we count with this issues: ,[object Object]
Promote our workers to assist to   any handicapped persons                communication skills  course,[object Object]
Location We're thinking in offer our products and services with one shop and one main office being well communicated. Main office will be specialized in help-desk and computer classes, will be located in Barcelona. Shop well be located in Cerdanyola del Vallésandwill be specialized in everything related to hardware and local area networks installation and configuration. We can open more shops and offices in the Barcelona state in a middle term, and maybe cross Spain in large term, fixing in this last case our headquarters in Barcelona city.
Who? The worker profile we want is: Staff with official computer studied titled, interested in computers and liking to help people in that field. Staff with some empathic ability for making easier communicate with customers. Personal specialized in marketing. Staff specialized in company management, accounting and legal issues.

Marketresearchbrainstorming There are lot of enterprises dedicate to sell one concrete kind of product and/or service, so customers have to look in various companies. Some of them only give the product or service and don't suggest customers. Ones doesn't have website, others hides the prices, and a lot have only an exclusive customers profile such as enterprises.
Is there a room for our idea? We think we can take a good position in the computers market, and we think our enterprises can get satisfied easily by our guidelines. In fact, looking computer services companies, we haven't found any company as classcomp, altough we have found similar companies.
Marketresearch – ourcompetitors We've chosen 3 enterprises of possible competitors. Two from Barcelona and one from Cerdanyola del Valles. One competitor is EDYMA, from Barcelona. EDYMA is specialized in hardware services to enterprises. The other competitor from Barcelona is bcn computers. They're specialized in hardware and Mac computers sales/services And finally, the competitor from Cerdanyola del valles is lanciber.

Marketresearch - conclusion Our most direct competitors have advantages we don't have and they have too disadvantages we don't have. Some of our disadvantages are solved with experience in our business. We can stabilize the advantages we have and improve our disadvantages, so we consider we are okay with our disadvantages because we have but we'll improve them for be good in the computers field
Marketing and strategies
Strategies	 -	Contact Classcomp will have contact with customers with next vias: Phone Fax E-Mail Conventional mail Ouremail is classcomp.bcn@gmail.com Our website isn't operative yet, but we're working on it and soon will be  avaliable. The URL will be in a beginning http://inetneutral.org/classcomp The staff which will contact with our customers (receive phoine calls, look emails, etc) will be our workers from sales department and services department, within us(the entrepeneurs). Maintenance, accounting staff... can keep out of customers contact.
Customerscaption/fidelization We will take some mesures to caption customers. Concretely: For being knowyn by and customers and be suggested to others by him, apart of our treat with customers has to like, we can offer some offers and promotions to our customers for motivating them. Asímismo  en la creacion de Classcomp, we have previewed to make discounts, because it's when classcomp has to do more marketing for like to customers and be known. Our classcomp initial discounts during 3 months will be:
Customerscaption/fidelization In things related with computer devices sales, we will offer around 15% discount  in articles with price lower than 60€; 10% in articles lower than 300€ and 5% in articles lower than 1000€. In our technical support, we're going to lo wer our prices in hour pay method; 20€/hour instead of 26€ and 15% discount in concrete services. And finally, on classcomp class services, we'll do an initial discount of 10% enrollment, and up to a 25% discount incase if one customer suggests Classcomp to any known person and inscribes within him

Therefore, we have analyzed somethings and  we have dediced of try to get known with various ways and to people, desiging  a slogan(‘More than hardware, more than services’), a logo, and developing our marketing ways.In which there are: Local radio spots Local and barcelona state television spots Commercials in strategic points in the street and visual ads distribution Local press Internet(google ads, webs with users concurrence from barcelona state) Social networks(facebook, twitter, hi5, etc)
