The Premier Property Group in South Walton County, FL finished the year with more than $280 million in closed sales volume, which is up about 36% over what we did in 2012, This is also 50% more than the Emerald Coast Association of Realtor's average company's growth. For South Walton, we really shine in the luxury home market (selling price greater than $1 million) and we are number 1 in that market.
