This document introduces a pre-assessment module to evaluate a learner's background knowledge on four pillars of cultural heritage: intellectual property rights (IPR) management, heritage management, change management, and brand management. The objective is to provide a preliminary grade and guide future learning activities. The learner is greeted by Mr. Dokeos and told they will take a 4-part multiple choice questionnaire to assess their knowledge in each area, with scores determining if they passed or require more study on particular topics.
