1. In 2007-2008, Oceana Finance Limited borrowed money from Richwin Investments Limited and Neo-China Real Estate provided guarantees to secure the loan. Various agreements were signed including share pledges and mortgages.
2. In 2006-2007, Neo-China Real Estate acquired shares in Neo-China (563) Limited and China Advantage Investment Limited.
3. In 2008, Neo-China Real Estate transferred its shares in Neo-China (563) Limited and China Advantage Investment Limited to a new holding company called China Waterfront Holding Limited.
