Project description:
SIMODRIVE: Simodrives are Siemens standard products, which are used in CNC machines
to drive the servo and spindle motors. It controls motor torque, speed and other appropriate
functions. Simodrives are used in Machine tool applications, robot and manipulators,
presses, packing machines and production machine for glass, wood & textiles.
SINAMICS: Siemens Sinamics drives are same as simodrives but SINAMICS family offers
the optimum drive for each and every drive application and all of the drives can be
engineered, parameterized, commissioned and operated in a standard fashion.
Responsibility:
 Repair, servicing and testing of Sinamics and Simodrives
 Cold testing ( by CRO and multimeter )
 EMI,EMC and Insulation test by using with Automatic test equipment
 Hot testing ( by test jigs are 810D, 840D and SIMOCOMU simulator )
 Testing with no load and load condition
 Test report generation
 Involve servicing and calibration of Siemens motor
 Understanding customer support issue
 Giving proper solution for customers issues
