contrast or crop the picture to
only show a part of it.
The quickly pictures styles give you attractive "frames" with just one click.

• In the Insert tab, galleries include designed elements to
  match the general appearance of the document.
  You may use these galleries to insert tables, headers, footers,
  lists, covers and other building blocks. When you create
  pictures, organization charts or diagrams, they also match
  the current appearance of the document.

  in the document and choosing an appearance for the text
  selecting it in the Quick Styles gallery in the Home tab. Most
