THE STORY OF PROPERTY RECYCLERS, LLC
Timothy and David are a father and son team. Timothy moved with his father David and family
to their current home in Michigan in 2005. Together, the family began the development of the
successful family run business of En Gedi Campground River Resort in Leonidas, MI. The resort
was a major real estate purchase involving a number of outdated structures formerly used as a
youth camp. Since that )me the family has rehabbed the majority of the grounds and is
con)nuing on with new building and site development. Timothy aQended Concordia University
Wisconsin and Concordia University Ann Arbor where he received his degree in Family Life
Ministry. In 2015 he married his wife Sarah and is currently serving two churches as a part )me
family life minister and program director for En Gedi Resort.
David has been a renter, home owner, and property developer. Having a strong interest in real
estate, he eagerly joined his son in establishing the investment business intended to provide a
secure financial future for himself and his family. “It’s exci9ng to think that in the process of
implemen9ng a strong investment plan that we are helping distressed homeowners, improving
communi9es and assis9ng investors through a solid financial plan.” David also pastors two
churches and is a co-owner with his wife at En Gedi Campground River Resort.
