 Timothy Donald Cook was born November 1, 1960.
 He is an American business executive, industrial engineer. Cook is the chief executive
officer of Apple Inc.
 Cook joined Apple in March 1998 as a senior vice president for worldwide operations,
and then served as the executive vice president for worldwide sales and operations
 He was made the chief executive on August 24, 2011, prior to Jobs' death in October of
that year.

 He have great leadership skills such as communication, listening, conducting meetings,
managing stress and building credibility and many more.
 Tim cook is the CEO of apple inc. And it is the second highest technological company on
the planet.

1. Apple likes to assemble all of the hardware, software and online services themselves.
This permits them to make some advanced and easy to understand items.
2. Steve Jobs has consistently favoured vertical combination to give an incredible client
experience to the individuals. Making everything lets them control the client experience
and make items that may satisfy Apple's name.
3. After the introduction of iPod, iPhone and iPad, Apple earned about $40 Billion in profits
in the fiscal year of 2014.
4. In 2014, Apple took the securing of Beats for $3 Billion, which was the greatest cash
Apple had spent on Acquisition.
5. Apple is worth $2 Trillion, which makes it the most valuable organization in the world.
Recommendations
1. Apple should be taking a shot at their Performance and Reliability issues.
2. Cutting Down the costs somewhat will doubtlessly build the buying intensity of
their clients.
3. Apple should be working on providing more battery capacity in the iPhone as
customers are having problems regarding this matter.
4. They should be providing more free storage in the iCloud. 5Gb of storage isn’t
enough in the current data storage environment.
5. They should work on opening more retail stores worldwide and provide users
with a good customer support service.

 As we discussed above, Timothy have a great leadership skills.
 Effective communication is one of the main elements for bringing a change in
organization.
