                         How many genres do
                           you know?
                          In this webquest, you
                                 will look for
                             information about
                           one type of films and
                                describe your
                            favourite film in that
                                    genre.

 The task of the class is to make a
   PowerPoint presentation about film
   genres.
 In small groups, you are going to choose
   one genre and one film and you are
   going to look for information about it.
   Then, you have to complete a PPT about
   that film and present it orally in class.

 1. Gather in groups of 3
 2. Choose one film genre
 3. Choose a film in that genre (a film that
    you have watched and you liked it)
 4. Visit the following webpages:

 Or type the name of the film in

  • In the group, you have to divide your
    tasks, for example:
  - One student looks for the images or
    video
  - Two students find information about the
    plot
  - The three of you write the plot together

    information and write the summary of
    the plot using the PAST SIMPLE and
    PAST CONTIUOUS structures that you
    have studied in class.
  • At home, one of you is in charge of
    writing the information on the
    PowerPoint and send it to the teacher:
