Origin Carnival in Galicia




The origin of carnival celebrations, arose long ago, not only in Galicia is
celebrated Carnival is celebrated around the world, comes from always. It is nice
to see because each place is celebrated differently.

After Christmas and New Year, Galicia lies a few weeks to
celebrate Carnival, as celebrated in many parts of the world. They are
among the most celebrated holidays in Galicia, everyone dresses up.
Typical food in Galicia

Galician
octopus.
Ingredients:
•Octopues
•Potatoes
•Tabasco
•Salt
•water
  Preparetion: is done with a large pot of water to 100 degrees before putting it
  in the water is soaked in water irviendo three times, then you miss the
  octopus and potatoes when ready just have to put salt or oil to potatoes, what
  you like, then cut octopus and potatoes and pour the final touch, the Tabasco.
