3. QTC (Quantum tunneling composite) is a flexible
polymer that exhibits extraordinary electrical
properties. In its normal state it is a perfect insulator,
but when compressed it becomes a more or less
perfect conductor and able to pass very high
currents.

4. Working Principle of QTC
 particles do not actually need to touch each other
 The nickel particles are not smooth spheres;
 The particles are surrounded or wetted by an insulating layer of
silicone rubber which prevents them from touching even when
pressure is applied.
 This reduces the distance and energy needed for the electron
charge
