1. Inserting a Picture

3. Place cursor where picture will be inserted

4. Click Insert tab

5. Click Picture icon

7. Find and select picture to be inserted

8. Click Insert

9. Click Format tab

10. Enter the height

12. Click Crop Button

13. Click and drag edge handle to reduce width of picture

14. Handles from any edge may be moved to crop from the sides, the top or bottom

15. Right-click anywhere on the picture to bring up format menu

16. Select font to select size to make fine adjustments

17. Cropping information can be manually entered in these boxes

18. Adjust cropping and size information until both height and width are equal

19. Right-click anywhere on the picture to bring up format menu

20. Select Text Wrapping

21. Select Tight to make text wrap tight around picture

23. Formatting complete
