  1. 1. Inserting a Picture
  2. 3. l Place cursor where Picture will be inserted
  3. 4. Click Insert tab
  4. 5. Select From File
  5. 7. Find and select picture to be inserted
  6. 8. Click Insert
  7. 9. Click Format tab
  8. 10. Select Picture
  9. 12. Find the Size Tab
  10. 13. Click OK
  11. 14. Enter Height
  12. 15. Click Crop Button
  13. 16. Click and drag Edge handle to Reduce width of picture
  14. 17. Handles from any edge may be moved to crop from the sides, the top or bottom
  15. 18. Select Format Picture to make fine adjustments
  16. 19. Right-click anywhere on the picture to bring up format menu
  17. 20. Select Picture tab
  18. 21. Cropping information can be manually entered in these boxes
  19. 22. Adjust cropping and size information until both height and width are equal.
  20. 23. Right-click anywhere on the picture to bring up format menu
  21. 24. Select Format Pictures
  22. 26. Select Layout tab
  23. 27. Select Tight to make text wrap tight around picture
  24. 28. Click OK
  25. 30. Formatting complete
