This document discusses three audits and assessments: 1) A sustainability and resource management audit that reviews utility usage, raw materials, manufacturing processes, data collection, and loss prevention to deliver a report on findings and improvement recommendations. 2) A food safety readiness and risk assessment that reviews data collection, record retention, control systems, monitoring, documentation, and training programs to identify high risk areas and deliver recommendations. 3) A managing change session that uses a management of change index to test the chance of success on projects and trains leaders to improve their chance of success on future projects.
