4. Load Data
into Power
BI
Open Power BI Desktop.
Click on "Get Data" in
the Home tab.

5. Transform and Clean
Data
1.In the "Query Editor," you can clean and transform your
data.
2.Remove unnecessary columns, handle missing values,

• Rename columns for clarity.
• Change data types if needed.

6. Build
Relationships
If your data has multiple tables, establish
relationships between them. Click on
"Model" and use the "Manage
Relationships" option.
•In the "Modeling" view, select "Manage
Relationships."
•Create a relationship between tables
based on shared fields (e.g., product ID).
•This enables data analysis across multiple
tables.

7. Build Visualizations
1.Go back to the "Report" view.
2.Drag and drop fields from your dataset onto the canvas
to create visualizations (e.g., bar charts, tables, maps).
3.Choose suitable visualizations:
