The Position Description Form (PDF)1
is a form to be signed by a
government employee upon assumption to office. It is administered by the
human resource office of the agency. This is part of the hiring and

22. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities (Technical
Competencies)
1. Maintain international and local media linkages and relations to ensure
accurate and proper dissemination of information on (stakeholder) in the
(country), nationally and internationally;
2. Timely release of message themes, storylines, scripts, storyboards and
texts needed for media production as well as the production of print,
broadcast, film and e-media materials for international and mass
dissemination;
3. Provide editorial content of Agency international platforms and manages
the official social media accounts and website;
4. Research and train new developments in international law, trade and
world affairs, with special emphasis on the effects of globalization on the
(stakeholder) and maintain a database to serve as a repository of relevant
international materials;
2. 5. Maintain international linkages and ensure the proper dissemination
abroad of accurate information about (stakeholder) in the (country);
6. Recommends appropriate planning, research and procedures in
monitoring, implementation and promotion of international conventions,
treaties and other international instruments affecting the (stakeholder) to
which the (country) is a party or a signatory or which are generally
considered part of the customary international law and practice;
7. Analyses, interprets and recommends solution or research and training
in the developments in international law, trade and world affairs, with
special emphasis on the effects of globalization on the (stakeholder) and
ensure the maintenance of databases to serve as references of repository
relevant international materials;
8. Identifies problems encountered in the formulation and implementation of
plans and programs, and recommends appropriate corrective measures in
maintaining international linkages;
9. Prepare and review data, PowerPoint presentation and necessary
documents needed for meetings, conferences and workshops; and
10. Performs other related activities as may be required.
