Please describe your recent social issues and their impact on our
company or the construction industry.
Growing up, I remember myself being enthusiastic and curious about my
surroundings. I’m always up for taking new challenges and try to perform my
best. During my final year at school as the school pupil president I have
been chosen to organize science fair. Initially, I collaborated with a group
of teachers and students to classify the presentations into 4 main categories
and have assigned student representatives for each category. Apart from the
technical aspects, we have also worked to provide better logistics to both
participants and visitors by allocating volunteers to each section. There
were challenges during this period but I believe that decisions made through
active participation and democratic groups can solve unintended negative
situations. And until now, I have shown good efficiency as a team member
through various successful adventures. Personally and professionally whenever
I’m confronted with a new challenge, I believe that I’m confident to face it
and try to bring my best through analytical thinking, intensive learning,
dedication and being open to discussions and suggestions. I certainly make a
check regarding how I’m progressing towards my goals and positively strive
for excellence. I am a master from 2017. I gathered with my master's degree
Korean students and attended many projects and projects. So I learned a lot
of work culture with Koreans. I practiced a lot in such a short time that I
