1. Add a “pay deposit” option to the sign-in pop up page to link online customers to the
CardInfoLink payment page (generated by CardInfo).
2. When customers finish paying, a unique code can be generated. Will our system then be able to
accept this unique code before allowing customers to bid (if not a bidding code then how about a
unique bidding number?) What range of numbers should CardInfo use for generating the code?
3. Before bidding, customers should click on “enter your deposit code here, or bidding number
here” option.
4. On the bidding page, add a deposit explanation “you must pay a deposit in order to start
bidding, click here to start the process, if you are unsuccessful then the full amount will be
refunded back to your account within xx business days. If you are successful then you will only be
charged the remainder of the balance….”. There needs to be a link to the Cardinfo payment page.
