The Porto Montenegro residential village currently consists of five completed buildings,
Teuta, Ozana, Zeta, Milena and Tara, a total of 128 apartments which sold out in
March 2013. Opening next summer, the Regent Hotel and Residences will offer an
additional 54 privately owned apartments. Now in the final stages of construction, sales
of the Regent branded residences have exceeded all expectations with only a few units
remaining.
Due to this success, the release of our latest residential building Ksenija has been
brought forward. Planned for completion summer 2015, the building's full south-west
