At the school, children diverse in gender, we have
both genders and diverse in cognitive skills, some
of the students have a high ability to recognize, and
some of them have difficulties in recognizing.

How do these help you to improve your teaching practices?

many activities or multimedia tools, also teacher

encourage them exploring and thinking.
This helps me in knowing how to attract students to

My school follow many policies like, discipline polices,
there are rules to maintain safe and respectful learning
environment. Also, health policies, students should eat
healthy and have physical education class to maintain
their health.
Me as a teacher should be aware about all the policies
that my school follow and monitor the students to keep
the learning environment stable.

Professional Practice
mean to you?
It means using activities in the
classroom to apply my
knowledge in teaching kinder
garden students.
Before the teacher was in the center of teaching and students
listening only, now after developing the teaching method they
choose student to control their teaching process but teacher guide
them by having lesson plan and rules. It’s important in increasing
the self-steam of student and their responsibility in learning
journey.
What does learner-centered teaching mean to you, and why is it
important?
It means safe and supportive environment which should be
created by teacher, for example, having clear rules in the
classroom help students to know what is expected from them and
let them feel safe.
What does a positive learning environment mean to you, and
why is it important?
Physical safety, emotional security, and the organization of the
classroom promotes a positive learning environment, which
encourage students to love learning.

environment that is new?

Lesson objective mean what we expect
from students to know after the lesson,
it’s important in know if the method of
teaching working great to deliver the new
information, and help students to know
their responsibilities in what they should
do to be able to understand the lesson.

you, and why are they important?
At one classroom we have variety in learners’
abilities or needs, so teacher should have variety
teaching techniques. It’s important because instead
of separate students in classes regarding to their
ability, we can engage deferent abilities in one
class to help each other’s and teaching them
collaboratively.
In my school classroom we have many corners to
apply what we take in the lesson, art corner,
reading corner, creative corner, construction corner,
and work sheet corner, each student can choose any
corner he prefers to apply what he understands
from the lessons.

Personal development means the way
that learner choose to develop their
learn process and it’s different from
one learner to another, each one has
different ability and skills. For sure it’s

between evaluate and analyze category, then I realize that
evaluate means make decision around something I know it’s
