También destaca la importancia de enseñar las características del sistema de escritura y el lenguaje escrito a través de diferentes tipos de textos.
The document discusses how technology is being used in Africa to build basic services and more. It provides examples of startups using technology in agriculture, education, health, and other areas. Some key points include:
- Traceability Namibia is using technology for traceability in agriculture.
- Zambia has launched an electronic transport system to help farmers transport agricultural products.
- There is a large gap in engineering graduates between China and Africa that technology could help address.
- Projects are using mobile phones to pasteurize breast milk and provide telemedicine in remote areas.
- 3D printing, drones, and other emerging technologies hold promise for healthcare and other applications in Africa if costs can be reduced.
How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary tasksshartshornemedia
The combination of the main product (trailer) and ancillary tasks (magazine and poster) were very effective due to the continuity across all three. Similar dark colors like black and red were used to represent the horror genre. Font, images, and other elements like the four-star rating and tagline "The secret is out" were also consistent. This continuity helped link the products together and make them appealing and professional for the intended audience. Minor differences like the color of the tagline and release dates were acceptable to add some variety. Overall, the parallel design and shared elements of the trailer, magazine, and poster made for an engaging horror-themed experience.

This document proposes a pilot program for Sacramento Regional Transit to subsidize ride-sharing as an alternative to expanding fixed bus routes. It identifies areas not within walking distance of light rail or frequent bus lines that could be eligible. A $3 subsidy per ride would cost RT $830,440 annually but provide over 276,000 subsidized rides. This could support commutes for 576 individuals each year. Analysis of a sample commute found ride-sharing could reduce travel time by 42% compared to transit alone and 79% with a carpool. The subsidy would cost RT 47% less than operating bus service. The document suggests prioritizing carpools and investigating redistributive taxes on premium ride-sharing to fund the program.

The document discusses the definition and nature of computer science. It states that computer science is the systematic study of algorithmic processes that describe and transform information. The field uses the scientific paradigm of forming and testing hypotheses through experimentation. Computer science qualifies as an exact science that studies natural and artificial information processes using a systematized body of knowledge and is used for prediction and verification. Computing is now considered a third leg of science alongside theory and experimentation.

The Method and Practices of ‘Machizukuri’ Movement in Japan based on the Idea...IRJET Journal
This document discusses the concept of "Machizukuri" in Japan and analyzes how renowned Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki applied its principles in his Hillside Terrace Apartments project. Machizukuri refers to community-based town building and improvement efforts that focus on revitalizing existing local culture and environment rather than new construction. Maki's Hillside Terrace Apartments, developed over 25 years in six phases, exemplified Machizukuri through its emphasis on linkages and relationships between buildings, public spaces, and the surrounding community. By engaging with local stakeholders and emphasizing pedestrian connectivity and visual/social connections, Maki was able to gradually develop the apartments in a way that strengthened the local community
The document describes two architectural design projects. The first project is a workshop/traveling studio located in Zanzibar stone town. It aims to integrate public spaces that have the same character as existing public spaces in the town. The second project is a pottery workshop and school located in Kigali. It arranges programs according to the pottery making process and includes storage, workshop, kiln, and exhibition spaces. The school project includes classrooms, a canteen, and central public space to welcome the neighboring community.

Monthly community discussions about how the island will
restore and develop itself from Tohoku Earthquake and Tsuna-
mi. So far, we held these 21 times with islanders in Oshima.
The key subjects of these meetings are the reconstruction of
island’s fishing and tourism industries, the issue about
construction of the coastal levee, a bridge be scheduled for
construction by 2019, joined the island to the mainland, and so
on. On Nov. 4, 2013, we made a statement about the Declara-
tion of “Restoration od Oshima” which offered a guide for the
policies in Oshima.
■ An investigation of public perception of the coastal levee
With a support of islander’s association, we erected a full size
mock-up made of bamboo at Uranohama fishery harbor since
Apr. 2013 and interviewed opinions residents had about it. The
result of the search was used as a consideration about this issue
in “Design the future of Oshima”.
■ “Eco & Arts Project 2013 and 2014”
The purpose of this project is rediscovering the resources or
the appeals Oshima has through various programs on the
subject of ecology or arts. Through this project, we holed
“Design School of Oshima” where the students at Oshima
junior high school studied their island about its nature, folk
stories and all that and planned the future of it.

■ My Graduation Thesis (Got score A)
: A Study on the factors of decline of shopping streets in local
areas and the means of restoring these streets
I got interested in the decline of shopping street in local
areas in Japan. In fact, the percentage of rising shopping
streets has been very low, 1.6% in 2006 and 1% in 2009. I
conducted field investigations, questionnaire of citizens
and interview research at 3 shopping streets; “Marugame-
mashi shopping street”, ”Sunamashiginza shopping
street” and ”Karasumaekimaedoori shopping street”
throughout 2011. And I studied the new meaning of the
districts as well as the underlying causes of this change,
through analysing the findings.
