create a chemical toilet that can satisfy

“ICE” was chosen by the Ponsi S.p.a
project for inclusion in its “Contempo-
rary” line of taps. This product is cur-
rently in production and is for sale in the
best bathroom accessory shops.
The company brief was for a new line
of taps, which was both innovative and
original, but which did not stray too for
from the present market, either aestheti-
cally and functionally.
Of note is its promotion in quality mag-
azines such as “Domus” and “Case da
Abitare”.

Aqualight / Bath and sink

2010

The “Dressed Stone 2010” competi-
tion was promoted by Antonio Lupi Spa
and displays elements of design for bath-
room fittings, in which there is a union
between glass and marble.
Aqualight joins these two materials in
layers, as it to emphasis the stratification
of land from where pure water emerges.
A subtle light is emitted by the LEDs
within these two contrasting materials.

of fashion.
It re-discovers ancient Italy’s peasant tra-
ditions. Value for money product qual-

modern context are the strengths of the

The new brand “Cantina del Papa”
was born from an ancient tradition of
wine-growers in the native country of
the family of Pope Clement XIV. In a
large basement wine is produced for the
community. Now production has been
further developed with a new alcoholic
beverage from the elderberry, called
Sambukè. It is produced by the fermen-
tation of elderberries which are found in
abundance throughout the Marche re-
gion.

This project is for the development of
biodegradable packaging for piadine.
The research highlighted the lack of bio-
degradable packaging presently avail-
able. The most suitable found was an
innovative compostable material pro-
duced by InnoviaFilms. This allows you
to recycle all packaging. Currently pack-
aging amounting to around 3000 kg of
plastic are dumped in landfill each year
which should be recycled.


FAST81 / Personal protective equipment

FAST81 is a protective overshoe de-
signed to meet for all work safety stan-
dards. They are designed to be worn
over all normal footwear. The product is
defined by its flexibility and elasticity.
Anyone may wear these and feel pro-
tected in all working conditions.

The goal of the project is safety in

Keeper is an innovative and practical
accessory for a hairdryer hich attaches
to electric wall sockets.
Its versatility lies in the fact that it can be
used in conjunction with many different
types of wall socket, using the same fix-
ing method. The purpose of the design
therefore, is to use the same support
system for other objects. The patent was
filed, giving 25 years protection.

“The entropy of the universe” is the sub-
ject of research that led us to investigate
aspects of sunlight for the first time. A
camera oscura demonstrates that a light
beam can generate more images than
we see normally up to the limits of its
visibility.
The five spoke wheel demonstrate that
light is energy. This change of light to
energy is illustrated by the movement of
the wheel.

design. A-Build’s aim is to limit con-
struction within San Marino.

Vesta is a set of fire tongs, poker and bel-
lows. Made of aluminum rods.
These are designed so that they are both
ergonomic and durable.
Thus achieving the right balance be-
tween form and function.

Scooby Doo is a dog leash of all sizes.
It has the characteristic of being elastic,
because it is made of interwoven scooby-
doo of elastic rubber.
The result is a small but versatile and du-
rable extendable leash.

website and to create a visual identity for

This graphic design was based on the se-
lection of an elder tree as the motif. This
motif was used on different products,
including a book, a CD and packaging
for an alcoholic beverage.
The idea was an entrant in the contest
“New Business New Ideas 2009”
promoted by the Chamber of Com-
merce of Rimini
and San Marino. On this occasion it was
possible to attend preparatory courses
for the startup and management of new
businesses.

Essence is a project as a result of the
Workshop “South Out There”, pro-
moted by the Faculty of Industrial De-
sign of San Marino, aimed at designing
objects and systems suitable for produc-
tion and selling by the peoples of Rwan-
da. This is a necklace of geometric lines.
The materials used are plant fibers from
Rwanda and gold.
