injury
On dissection-Injury NO-1 involve skin, sub cutaneous tissue and muscle,
axillary artery & other blood vessels, Injury NO-2 involve skin, sub cutaneous
tissue, muscle & blood vessels. All injuries were ante mortem. Both heart were
healthy. Above mentioned organ were pale. no other injury was found.
N.B-Death certificate of KMCH, Name-Md. Forid sheikh, age-40 years, cause
of death was brought dead (physical assault).
Medical Officer's opinion as to the cause of death
Special Note: In the case of injuries, write whether
the injuries indicate murder, suicide or other.
Opinion of the Civil Surgeon
Considering post mortem examination findings, I am of the opinion that the
cause of death was due to Haemorrhage and shock as a result of above
mentioned injuries which were ante mortem and homicidal in nature.
