Infraworks Plumbing requires accurate work completion forms from subcontractors when working on Sydney Water sites. The forms must include the total hours worked by all staff onsite, including travel time to and from the site. If the hours reported on the work completion forms do not match timesheets, Sydney Water will not pay for the work completed. Work completion forms should report the accrued hours when a subcontractor works on the same site over multiple days.

Requirement on all Sydney Water Work Completions
Infraworks Plumbing will require an accurate account of hours and materials on works completed at
Sydney Water sites.
All Work Completions must have correct labour hours of everyone onsite (including all labourers, locaters
and equipment operators).
Please include all hours including travel to and from site.
When invoicing we provide Sydney Water with your work completions and we need to be able to charge
out everyone and everything used on site.
If incorrect hours are stipulated on the work completion, Sydney Water will not process and pay us for
the works undertaken, your timesheets should match your work completion hours.
If you attended the same site multiple times, please add all hours into your work completion each time as
an accrual of hours, for example:
1. Attended site once for 2 hrs (travel was 1.5 hrs)– complete a work completion stating 3.5 hours
2. Attended site again and was there for 8hrs (travel was 1 hr) – complete a work completion
stating 12.5 hours.
3. If you were onsite with a locator and labour and a sucker truck operator, ensure everyone adds
their accrued times in as well in each work completion.
