isseenas a newway torepaircavity problems.Plasmaasa substance isusedforthe sterilization
process intreatingperiodontal diseasesanddental caries.Plasmasterilizationisaprocesswhich
couldbe usedfor bacterial inactivationandtissue modification,makingitaneffectivetechnique for
the dental problemsandrestorations.
Introduction-
Plasmais beingusedin the sterilizationof the medical instrumentsandthisisbecause of the high
bactericidal efficiencyandabilityof plasmatoenterinconfinedplaces. Plasmasterilizationhasbeen
a popularmethodinmedical science due toitshigheffectivenessindestroyingthe microorganisms
and deliveringexcellentresults.Basically,PlasmaTorchandPlasmaPencil are the toolsusedfor
treatmentof variousdental diseases.
Applications of Plasma-
