                                         What to expect …

                                                              -Decide.

                                                            -Prioritize.

                                                            -Evaluate.

                                                           -Visualize.

Planning for Success 2012

-What do I need to improve?

-What am I willing to do (or not) to reach my goals?

 -Who can help me succeed?

 -What makes me different?

-Where do my skills and passion intersect?
Goal:

We’ll double both our website traffic and Twitter
followers by the end of 2012.

This will allow us to:

-Market our products and classes to more
people, resulting in more sales and increasing our cash
flow.

-Increase our advertising rates and increase our cash
flow.

-Hire a part-time administrative assistant.
The actions I will take to meet this goal are:

Action #1:

Ask for permission to add everyone who attends one of
Betty’s classes or presentations to our mailing list.

Send informative and compelling information to everyone
on our mailing list on a weekly basis.

Track the results of our mailing list activities and adjust
tactics as required.
The actions I will take to meet this goal are:

Action #2:

Design an engaging landing page for our
Facebook, Twitter and Google+ sites.

Install a pop-up or similar program to the above sites to
solicit email addresses for our weekly mailing.

Send informative and compelling information to everyone
on our mailing list on a weekly basis.

Track the results of our mailing list activities and adjust
tactics as required.
The actions I will take to meet this goal are:

Action #3:

Write informative and compelling articles that make
people want to comment.

Respond to every comment on every article.

Post every article to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Digg
and Tip’d.

Track results and adjust tactics as required.
