3. GIRGENTI
Girgenti Palace is located close to Siġġiewi, not far from the southern coast of
Malta. The palace was built by Inquisitor Onorto Visconti in 1625, and for this
reason it is also referred to as the Inquisitor's Palace.
There are impressive views of the surrounding countryside and gardens.

5. LAFERLA CROSS
The original Laferla Cross was built under the
supervision of Ġanni Mercieca in 1903. It was named
after Fr Paul Laferla, who proposed its construction
as a memorial of the Holy Year.

6. SIĠĠIEWI CHURCH
The Siggiewi Church is situated in the heart
of the village. There is a statue of our patron
Saint Nicholas near. It has wonderful
architure on the walls.
