Purpose of this project is to earn handsome profit with little investment also to provide taste and better services in Pizza
business.
I choosed Pizza shop as my business because I have skills in pizza making and cooking. No skills in other businesses is
a reason I choosed Pizza business.
The estimated cost for project is Rs. 1.00/= Million (PAK Rupess) while Rs. 40000/= is the expected return per month.

Problem Statements
1. [What are the specific problems the team will address in this project?]
The major problem in starting Pizza business is the Cash needed for Investment. Loan will be borrowed from Bank for
investment.
2. Exploration of a good location for shop is a problem. Cost will rise if we settle our business in main city area of
Sadiqabad.
3. Competitors of business can be a hurdle towards success of business as they might lower costs or offer
discount on Pizzas’.
4. Searching a skilled cook is the major problem that will be faced at start.
5. Advertising, relationship making, team management are some of the issues we’ll face at start.

Limited resources and loan borrowed from bank will be an issue that will be settled with strategy.
