PicYourWord is a Chrome extension that provides visual definitions of words on web pages with one click for pre-medical students. The extension aims to help students like Jenny who are frustrated having to constantly search technical terms online by visualizing definitions inline without switching contexts. A demo was presented showing how the extension works to improve understanding and efficiency when reading scientific papers and course materials.

For pre-medical students who are dissatisfied with constantly searching
up technical jargon online, our product is an in-line dictionary on Chrome
that provides visual definitions of words.
Unlike Google Search or Google Dictionary, our product visualizes words
on web pages in just one click.
